Beauty Roundup: Posh Spice pouts, Pokémon makeup, and Glossier’s greatest glow yet

Happy weekend, PV fam! It feels so good to be back into the swing of things, and with Halloween just around the corner, the festivities of the Ber months have truly started! This week’s beauty roundup has got the latest in Victoria Beckham’s newest baby (we’re talking makeup here, btw) as well as Shu Uemura’s limited edition Pokémon collection (got get ‘em all). Glossier is celebrating their 5th birthday with a special gift for us all, and Marc Jacob’s liquid eyeliner is just the treat we wanted.

A Posh pout

Here is the expansion we’ve all been waiting for! With the instant success of her beauty brand, Victoria Beckham is spicing up our makeup routines yet again with the latest addition to Victoria Beckham Beauty - lip products! Aptly called Your Perfect Pout, the lip collection consists of six neutral-toned Lip Definers ($24) and one universal Bitten Lip Tint ($34). VB knows how hard it is to find “your perfect nude,” which is why she made sure to create shades that every skin tone can rock. Formulated with vitamin E, the liners are matte yet comfortable on the lips, water and smudge-proof - all while being creamy and smooth! Shades include No. 01 (pale peach); No. 02 (neutral beige); No. 03 (pink-y mauve); No. 04 (rosy brown); No. 05 (rich caramel); and No. 06 (deep chestnut). The Bitten Lip Tint is also infused with hyaluronic acid and squalane, allowing your lips to stay plump, hydrated, and smooth. Shop the new lip products on VB Beauty here.

You ‘dew’ you

Could this be the bottle that dewy dreams are made of? Glossier has just dropped yet another product (and no, it’s not their sold-out merch) that has skincare lovers and fans of the brand freaking out! Futuredew ($24) is an oil-based serum that promises to keep your skin glowing all day long. Sort of like a serum-highlighter hybrid, this “donut glaze” product is formulated with hydrating squalane, nourishing oils, and brightening plant-based extracts, making it perfect for those looking for more glow in their skincare routines. The serum has a gel-like consistency that melts as you massage it onto your skin. BRB, we’re grabbing a bottle of this ASAP! Shop the new Futuredew on Glossier here.

I choose Shu!

We’ve never felt like we needed to “catch ‘em all” more than we did now. You don’t even have to be a Pokémon lover to add these to your Christmas wishlist! Shu Uemura has just announced the launch of their limited-edition Pokémon collab that will allow you to own your very own pocket monsters!

The Pikachu Collection (OMG HOW CUTE IS THAT?!) will feature products in both haircare and makeup lines. Treat your tresses to the Essence Absolue Nourishing Oil ($69), Essence Absolue Nourishing Mask ($68), Cleansing Oil Gentle Radiance Cleanser Shampoo ($57), and a wide paddle brush. Wanna play with color? The eyeshadow palette ($110), lash curler ($23), two matte lipsticks ($32), and eyebrow pencil ($26) are all so irresistible! They have special edition facial cleansing oil, brush set ($69), and cleansing oil set ($45) as well.

All products are adorned with super cute sketches of everyone’s favorite yellow monster. We’re hoping these will be available on Sephora PH very soon!
