Where to buy a fabulous graduation dress online, with plus size options
It’s graduation season! I have fond memories for this time of the year. My Lola used to bring me to Baclaran a few weeks before graduation to look for a new dress to wear to the ceremony. She was so proud of me - I was always an honor student - so she wanted me to have something nice when I walked up the stage to get my diploma. I think this went on from elementary to high school!
It’s been a while since then, but I’d like to share some graduation dress recos from my favorite plate to shop for clothes online - Zalora!
This is not a sponsored post, okay, I just really love shopping specifically for clothes and shoes there. I love that I can return stuff or have sizes changed without having to pay ANYTHING. And it only takes a week or so to have items exchanged. It’s low stress if I make a mistake with the sizes! My strategy is to get a lot of items, fit, then return or exchange what I don’t like so I don’t go back and forth.
I also appreciate that the website has a lot of photos, sometimes even videos, to show what the clothes look like. Yes there’s Shopee and Lazada, but it’s always a toss of the coin whether the clothes fit properly, or if they’re in a decent fabric at all. So yes, shop in Zalora. There are so many brands and their in-house Zalora brand is great as well.

Zalora Bridesmaid Off Shoulder Dress (P1,749). This is a beautiful dress that shows off some skin while still being pretty modest. I love the back detail! This is my favorite out of all the pieces here.
Zalora 100% Recycled Polyester Deep V Dress (P1,169). This is a flirty version of the Little Black Dress. It covers the arms and shoulders and features a deep V neckline while showing some leg. It’s sexy and flattering - I just hope it passes the dress requirements of your school! But then you’ll be wearing a toga, right? *wink
Zalora Wrap Front Slinky Dress (P429). This is a classic LBD that you can wear until the day you die. Morbid, but true! It creates curves while tucking in any bulges. You can style this so many ways, and all of those looks would be absolutely glamorous!

Ever New Zoe Balloon Sleeve Dress (P7,990). Yes, I know, a little expensive, but WOW! This is a stunning lace dress that can be worn to a cocktail or graduation event, as well as a fancy party by the beach. Ever New has some really great fabric options too (I have a few dresses from this brand) that will stand the test of time.
Ever New Maple One Shoulder Mini Dress (P5,995). This is the very definition of simple, but stunning. This is a perfect Little White Dress without any frills!
Ashley Collection Plus Size Strappy Maxi Dress With Slit P1,499. I love this cut for plus size shapes! It shows some skin while creating a narrowing visual effect. You can certainly use this dress for other major occasions in your life, and it doesn’t cost a lot too.
Miss M Surplice V-neck Self Belt Long Sleeve Plus Size Dress (P490). The price is so nice! I love how this dress makes the neck look longer and the waist curvier. Definitely a must-have, plus it can be styled casually too.
Get Laud Plus Elyza Plus Jumpsuit (P2,299). Jumpsuits may not be the best option bathroom trip-wise, but darn if they don’t make the legs look extra long!
Love Curves Clothing By Jgo Caped Jumpsuit P1,139. I love myself a good cape. This dress looks super comfy while still having that fab factor. Have fun accessorizing it with chunky statement pieces!
