Ever Bilena Plus: Affordable makeup that has what it takes to be your everyday basic picks

This story is brought to you by Ever Bilena

Ever Bilena Plus is the brand’s fresh take on must-haves designed to be in your daily beauty kit. They released new formulations that I think are quite a steal, given that most of them are just under P300. Let’s take a look, and let me share with you some standouts that I’ve been enjoying a LOT!

I thought that Ever Bilena Plus Fearless Serum Skin Foundation (P325) would be more of a skin tint in terms of coverage, but it’s actually a medium to full coverage base. It’s quite light on skin nonetheless and spreads out easily even with just the fingers. You can definitely use a sponge or brush if that’s more comfortable for you!

This one is called a serum foundation because it has actives: glycerin to moisturize skin, Vitamin E to soften skin, and CoQ10 for a firming and blurring effect. It is quite a flawless foundation, something I would wear if I want a plakado base.

There are five shades: Vanilla, Pearl, Oriental, Warm Honey, and Dusk.

The Ever Bilena Plus Two Way Cake Serum Foundation (P250) is similar to the liquid foundation in that it’s medium to full coverage. It’s good for oily skin because it will set your bases well, but you can definitely use it by itself too as a standalone powder or with a wet sponge.

For both foundations, my shade is Oriental. It works well for my NC30 medium warm skin.

The Ever Bilena Plus Wide Awake Caffeine Concealer (P265) is a favorite of mine. I didn’t expect much honestly; I’m not a particular fan of Ever Bilena’s concealers so far. But this one - oh my! It’s so good! It has a metal ball tip for a cooling effect. But never mind that. For me it’s the super lapat medium coverage that brightens my face instantly. I focus this on the under eyes but also apply what’s remaining on my brush around my nose, forehead, and chin area to pull up the center of my face.

Oriental is my perfect shade here as well, though I can go for Vanilla if I want a more brightening effect on my under eyes.

Once it sets, it doesn’t settle into fine lines. I love it! Tarte Shape Tape is my HG under eye concealer but this one from Ever Bilena is a great everyday option for me!

The Ever Bilena Plus Shape & Set Brow Serum Duo (P275) is my favorite product for laminating my brows right now. It’s not marketed as a laminating product but once you use the brow setting mascara, you’ll get why it should be! It keeps your brows GLUED in place, in a good way, the entire day. I have really stubborn brow hairs so brow mascara doesn’t quite keep them in one place. But this one does. Just make sure you have a good oil cleanser!

How I use it: I apply the clear brow mascara first then flatten my brow hairs upwards with one end of the tube. Then, I work the pencil part through areas that need structure and coverage.

The best shade for me is Brunette! It’s warm and greyish at the same time, just the right balance for my hair and skin color.

The Ever Bilena Plus Super Charge Liner and Lash Serum (P275) is a lovely black eyeliner that stays in place. It has a nice bendy tip that applies the liner easily; I think that even if you’re an eyeliner newbie, you won’t have a lot of trouble with it.

It’s really black and can create anything from fine, dainty lines to ultra graphic looks.

And that’s it! I hope you enjoyed my quick rundown and swatches. Let me know what you think, as always!
