Well PLAY-ed, Glossier

The suspense is killing us!!! Well, I mean, we don’t have to wait THAT long anymore. After tons of teasing and speculation, Glossier is set to launch their sister brand Glossier Play this March 2019. Let’s get physical

If there’s a new beauty trend we’ve noticed, it’s that more and more brands are branching out into fitness aka “gym makeup.” We’re stoked that one of our local faves, Happy Skin Cosmetics, has also decided to help us up our fitness game with their new Generation Happy Skin Active Line! Formulated to withstand even the toughest and most intense workouts, these products are perfect for those who still want to look fresh and fab even while getting their cardio on. Although long-wearing, each product is still infused with skin-loving ingredients, making it the same skincare makeup that the brand is known for.

The collection includes Love Your Lips Intense Color Butter Balms that are cooling, moisturizing, and have SPF 15. There’s also the Kiss & Bloom Water Lip and Cheek Tint, On-The-Go Blush Lightweight Cheek Stick, Easy Eyes Crease-Proof Eyeshadow Stick, My Lips But Better Ultra Matte Lippie, and the Simply Defined Budge-Proof Gel Eyeliner. I don’t know about you but I wanna hit the gym now! Shop Generation Happy Skin Active on Lazada and on the Happy Skin website.

Things just got sweeter

Known for their top quality, cruelty-free, and vegan formulations, Tarte Cosmetics has been a solid favorite of makeup lovers all around the world. With iconic products like their Shape Tape Concealer and Amazonian Clay Blushes, the brand has solidified its place in the makeup world. Their products cost a pretty penny though, so we are beyond ready for the launch of their more affordable sister brand, Sugar Rush! With nothing over $25 and 17 products to choose from, Sugar Rush includes a range of skincare, makeup, and fragrances that we hope will offer the same great experience we get from Tarte. We’re curious to try the Treat Yo Selfie Drying Solution ($16), Beach Cheeks Cream Blush ($15), and the Lip Sip Vegan Lip Oil in Dragon Fruit ($15). Shop Sugar Rush here.

When it comes to being sultry, sassy, and sexy, no one does it better than Jessica Rabbit. The iconic cartoon character’s signature style still lives on with tons of Halloween costumes, themed parties, and makeup tutorials dedicated to her, which is why it’s no surprise that Ciaté London took inspiration for their latest collection! The limited edition line includes a 9-shade eyeshadow palette, the Glow-To Highlighter (a champagne shade), and the Glitter Storm (a sparkle-flecked red lippie). Set to launch on March 5, we’re holding on to our lucky rabbit’s foot for it to be available here, too! Check out Ciaté’s teaser here.
