Kissing the sun

Good for you that you’re wearing sunscreen, but do you apply some on your lips? Never forget to do so again with the new Issy & Co. Solar Balms (P349)! Performing as both a lip balm and sunscreen, the Solar Balms come in two finishes - Glow (healthy shine) and Natural (soft matte), with four shades each. The color story for each finish includes a cool pink, nude brown, warm coral and berry mauve. Oh, and how much SPF does it contain you might ask? SPF30 PA+++!

Can’t stop blushing

Sunnies Face just released six new Airblush (P495) shades inspired by the colors of summer. The six new shades are cherub (salmon pink), creamsicle (soft apricot), mars (burnt orange), fig (brick rose), girl crush (terracotta rose), and scult (tan brown). In addition to the new shades, the Airblush now comes in a new texture and formulation, which is made better for the skin. Before I forget, you can shop any two Airblush shades for just P795 until July 22!

Crowning moment

If you love lip products that perform really well under a face mask, then you’ll be excited over the six new shades of the Revlon ColorStay Satin Inks (P575). The shades are inspired by gemstones - Pink Duchess, Lady Topaz, Regal Ruby, Reigning Red, Majestic Rose, and Citrine Queen - and come in cream and pearl finishes. After all, our lips deserve the royal treatment.

Beauty in giving

One of the many things to love about beauty is when it’s for a cause. This time, it’s Bioten, in partnership with Nadine Lustre, who’s raising funds for 88,000 trees! Why 88,000 trees? The brand’s Skin Moisture line features 88% ingredients of natural origins. How can you help? Each seedling costs P50 and you can donate to this cause here. Okay, that’s it for this week. See you next time!
