You need these three hair sprays in your mane routine
When it comes to hair styling products, Eva NYC has been a pretty reliable brand since they came out in 2012. Their Hungry Hair Oil Treament received good reviews for dry hair, and Kim had a great experience with the Healthy Heat Ceramic Styling Iron. While I’m mostly a wash-and-go kind of girl when it comes to my hair, there are days I do need to be a little more polished than usual. Hair products in spray form are easiest to apply, and you can find one for every kind of hair concern. Here's what I got to try for my low-maintenance requirements:
If you need speed
Blow drying can take a good chunk of my morning prep time. My shoulder-length hair takes about 7 minutes to dry on the highest heat setting, which is a lot of heat exposure. If you add this to my putting on contact lenses and applying my skincare routine and makeup, it would be almost an hour before I can head out the door!
The Speed It Up Blow Dry Spray (P799) saves time with its formula that "swiftly evaporates water from hair strands". This is in addition to the heat protection it provides and the nourishing benefits from the argan oil and sunflower seed butter. The brand also claims that it is "safe for keratin, Brazilian, and color treated hair". I timed myself after using the spray as directed, and managed to completely dry my tresses in just 4 to 5 minutes. I also felt that my colored hair didn’t get “fried” during the process so the heat protection really did do its job!

If you need volume
When applied before blow drying, the Up All Night Volumizing Spray (P799) adds extra texture for styling while providing heat protection. That's great news for someone like me who relies on blow drying to add volume to my constantly limp hair. But what happens if I don't have time for this step?
When used after blow drying or on dry hair though, the spray's vitamin B5 and vitamin C content promise to help revive and nourish the strands for shiny healthy hair. I admit that I was quite skeptical with the volume claims as my hair can be very stubborn. I’ve tried one too many sea salt sprays and volumizing sprays with the hope of getting that lush, VS Angel type of beach hair. Sadly, my hair is just flat most days.
I didn’t really notice the volumizing effect when I applied the spray before blow drying. I just felt like it’s the same volume I get after blow drying my hair. But when I used the spray on dry hair as a quick perk me up, I saw significant improvement! The body also lasted a while before my mane returned to its usual limp state. I’d be happy to refresh on the go if I can get my hands on a travel-sized bottle!

If you need a miracle
Kidding aside, the Mane Magic 10-in-1 Primer (P799) does sound like a miracle since it promises a lot of hair benefits. This can be applied before blow drying or just before hair styling since it "detangles, nourishes, strengthens, softens, cuts drying time, adds shine, reduces frizz, and protects against thermal, environmental and UV damage". Like the first spray, the brand also claims that this is "safe for keratin, Brazilian, and color treated hair".

Now this is my favorite spray out of all three! While it doesn’t give me the volume I want, the Mane Magic 10-in-1 Primer more than makes up for it. I can use it before blow drying for easier detangling and faster drying time. It also has a pleasant smell that can mask second day hair - no weird, Spraynet type of scents here! My hair really does feel moisturized, too. In fact, on those days that I skip conditioner, I just spray this and voilà, instantly softer hair! I’ve actually started skipping conditioner more because of this quick fix.

Overall, I would recommend the Mane Magic 10-in-1 Primer as the best buy out of the three. But if your hair is healthier than mine, you can probably go for the Speed It Up Blow Dry Spray for faster blow-drying time. Just pair either of the two with the Up All Night Volumizing Spray if you need the volume like I do!
