The Burt's Bees Res-Q Ointment is a fix-it-all

Confession aka too much information time: I have a disgusting habit of picking at my cuticles. I try to fight the strong urge to do so, but I catch myself doing it involuntarily! That's why I have small wounds in my nail bed every so often (too often). They can be painful and uncomfortable when left alone!

Thankfully, I found Burt's Bees Res-Q Ointment (P450). It's a literally green and figuratively green-smelling ointment based on olive oil and beeswax with comfrey extract, tocopherol (Vitamin E), and rosemary extract as the star ingredients. It's one of Burt's Bees classic products since everybody seems to can't have enough of it! It's one of those fix-it-all salves that soothes skin irritations and hastens the healing process of small wounds, bruises, rashes, and bumps.

It can be used to calm down most flare ups. Aside from my cuticles, I apply this on itchy rashes and insect bites. It keeps me from scratching and further irritating the area. I also use it on chafed skin. which is super handy when I have to break in new shoes.

The jar I have is 8.5 grams and fits in any nook in my bag. ^_^ The smell might turn off some but I personally don't mind it. I do mind the slight green tint though - I wouldn't want to get it on my clothes!

Overall, I recommend trying the Burt's Bees Res-Q Ointment if you (or someone you love!) tend to have a host of skin irritations. If you don't, well, you might not be human haha. Get one or a few to place in all your bags. ;)
