Nivea in Balesin

Balesin is easily one of the most beautiful places I've ever visited, with its pristine beaches and themed villas that were designed with incredible detail. I was thrilled to receive an invite from Nivea to come closer to my press and blogger friends last week - we stayed in Mykonos Village which is known as the Santorini of the Philippines due to its white and blue stone architecture inspired by those in Greece.

Our stay there was busy and fun as we got to know more about Nivea products while bonding over such a gorgeous backdrop. Here's a photo diary of what happened during my first day there! Do click on the images to see a larger version and the caption. ^_^ Enjoy!

The theme of the event is to come closer with Nivea. As you know, the brand has an extensive line of products for babies, women, and men that are all carefully formulated to suit the needs of our skin. They re-introduced their products and campaigns in an informative trade show.

Nivea Baby has cleansing and moisturizing products that are perfect for the young ones' sensitive skin. You'll spot the Smoothy Cream, which is a favorite among the beauty crowd because it's so hydrating and doesn't irritate even the most reactive skin.

Nivea also has a line of intensely hydrating products such as moisturisers, Body Serums, and their In-Shower Skin Conditioner. I'm a fan of their Body Serum with Vitamin C and SPF24 actually! Really looking forward to trying the In-Shower moisturizer. The brand also has a whitening, anti-aging line for women with those particular concerns.

Lastly, there's Nivea Men. The brand's products are mostly unisex, but the Men stuff are specifically designed to suit the target market's active lifestyle and skin type. I actually didn't know they had so many different facial foams for different needs!

So that's what happened on the first day. ^_^ Hope you enjoyed my photo diary! Stay tuned for Day 2, where we did an amazing challenge that had us scurrying all over the island!
