New from In Her Element: The Super Soother 100% Centella Asiatica Extract is your new calming BFF

This whole pandemic year (and counting) has stressed us out not only from the inside, but outside as well. Our skin breaks out more easily into acne, rashes, and other irritations that it could withstand previously. If you’re looking for an effective ampoule to soothe your skin ASAP, then I’d like you to meet the latest product from my skincare brand: the In Her Element Super Soother 100% Centella Asiatica Extract (P575 / 30ml at inherelement.ph).
Centella Asiatica or Gotu Kola is used in folk medicine to help heal skin from wounds, burns, rashes and bumps. It’s been around for hundreds of years, but It has gained popularity in recent years due to South Korean skincare brands using it in their calming product lines - you might be more familiar with it being called “cica”. Fun fact: the word cica actually refers to the cicatrising or wound-healing via scar-forming property of Centella Asiatica
What makes Super Soother different is that it’s pure extract, unlike other similar products that are mostly water mixed in with fillers. Ours has no preservatives needed and no added fragrance as well. It feels like water and has no scent, so if you’re oily you don’t need to worry about the feeling of texture on skin.
This concentrated ampoule goes a very long way so only a few drops every 3-4 times a week is needed! This is definitely not like the other cica toners and serums you’ve tried before. It’s best applied after facial wash (and hydrating toner if you use one), then finished off with moisturizer or face oil to get the best results.
Another great way to enjoy the Super Soother is as a face mist. Just mix 1 part of our Super Soother with 1 part distilled water in an atomizer bottle (so half and half), store it in the fridge, and then have a refreshing spray in the middle of the day. Since there are no preservatives, it will keep in the fridge for about a week - so make what you need for each batch!
