Why you have to try the In Her Element Sunflower Wash-Off Cleansing Oil

Hello, it’s here! My team and I have been working on the In Her Element Sunflower Wash-Off Cleansing Oil (P695/110ml) since late last year and I’m so pleased that it’s finally out! As someone who adores ridiculously loud eyeshadow, thick lashes, and full-coverage foundation, a good cleansing oil that removes even waterproof makeup is a non-negotiable for me. It has to wash off cleanly with water, too, without me needing to do a second pass to erase everything. I ain’t got time for non-emulsifying cleansing oils!

Previously, I’ve only been using Japanese and Korean cleansing oils. I love Shu Uemura, DHC, Laneige, and Heimish (the balm is just solid cleansing oil really) but found these to be hard to access considering I use them so often, so I thought of creating something that works just as well - if not better.

SO WHAT’S SPECIAL?

What’s different about the IHE cleansing oil is that it has a base of pure premium sunflower oil. It’s not mineral oil, corn oil, coconut oil, olive oil, or a synthetic oil, which can be comedogenic to some. This uses sunflower oil, which is studied to help calm down skin inflammation, maintain the skin’s moisture barrier, and contain Vitamin E, which is a powerful anti-oxidant.

Most people think little of their cleansing routine assuming that it won’t affect their skin since it washes off anyway, but it does! Our cleansing oil softens skin (you’ll feel it instantly after washing) without any residue afterwards. It’s gentle, too, although of course keep it away from your eyeballs to avoid irritation.

Same as our facial wash, our cleansing oil is low pH at 5.5-6 to keep skin’s moisture barrier healthy and intact. It is also sulfate-free, paraben-free, fragrance-free, and cruelty-free.

HOW TO USE

Simply pump out some product on your dry fingers and massage the oil all over your dry face. You’ll notice that the makeup will break down almost instantly, though you’ll need to spend extra time gently loosening up your waterproof makeup. Then, rinse it off with water, and finish your double-cleansing routine with the In Her Element Low pH Rose Gel Cleanser (P675/110ml or P375 for 50ml).

And that’s it! I’m super excited for you to try the In Her Element Sunflower Wash-Off Cleansing Oil. It’s currently available at our website www.inherelement.ph, where it’s free shipping for all Metro Manila addresses (no minimum order!). Let me know what you think, as always!
