The Perfect Silver Lining

Who knew that making the world a better place could involve a killer highlighter? Leave it to FENTY Beauty to create something that’s not only magical for our makeup routine, but for the the greater good, too! The limited edition Killawatt Freestyle Highlighter in Diamond Ball-Out ($34) is the silver sister of the now cult fave Trophy Wife, and trust us when we say it’s so much more than a highlighter. Launching on August 1, 100% of the sales of the Diamond Ball-Out will profit the Clara Lionel Foundation, an organization that focuses on supporting children’s education, health, and emergency response programs globally. Leave it to Rihanna to get our hearts and wallets ready!

Shades of Silk

Remember when Kim Kardashian-West (and the rest of the world) had a mini freak out when they thought the Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation ($64) was going to be discontinued? It’s been a couple of years since that fiasco and it looks like the iconic and well-loved base isn’t going anywhere - it is, in fact, getting an upgrade! The medium to full coverage base is getting 6 new colors in its range, bumping up the shades to 31! Focusing more on the medium to deep category, the new shades will help bring more inclusivity to the foundation, allowing more and more people to find their perfect match. It may not offer as many options as the FENTY foundation, but we’re counting this as a step in the right direction for the luxury makeup brand!

The brand, known for their inclusivity and diversity, has just expanded their iconic Double Wear Stay In Place Foundation ($42) to a whopping 56 shade range, and the gorgeous model will be fronting the campaign. As her first big beauty deal, Anok will now join the ranks of fellow Estée faces Kendall Jenner, Karlie Kloss, Yang Mi, Joan Smalls, Fei Fei Sun, Carolyn Murphy, Hilary Rhoda, Grace Elizabeth, and Misty Copeland. Great job, Estée!

More Than A Century of Great Skin

Great products last forever, and that has never been more apparent than in a bottle of Jergens lotion. Founded in 1882, the famous moisturizer has been helping women keep their skin soft, smooth, and strong for over 100 years! The brand recently decided to celebrate this feat with the #GlowInMySkin campaign which champions skin health over color. They introduced host and model Janeena Chan; DJ Debbie Then; fitness coach and Greenpeace Ambassador Kayleen Ortiz; MYX VJ Sunny Kim; celebrity stylist Trish Denise Ramos; and vlogger Reese Tayag as their influencers for promoting the campaign. Jergens offers a wide range of product variants to cater to every skincare need, but there is just one common goal: to give healthy, glowing skin!
