Swatched: New Revlon Colorburst Lip Butter shades
The world rejoiced when the Revlon Colorburst Lip Butters came out, because they were so smooth, moisturizing, and pigmented! They were everything everyone secretly wanted their lip balms to be. ;) Okay, sweeping generalizations aside, Colorburst Lip Butters were great everyday lipsticks for women who need something wearable and convenient. They are inexpensive too, at P525 a pop.
I've already done a full review so head on over there to see more details. Today I will just be showing you the latest shades in the Revlon Lip Butter line! These are part of their summer collection, hence the warm and fun shade selection.
Here are the lip swatches + description!
Pink Lemonade is a pale pink. It's a bit streaky and sheer, so if you have pigmented lips and medium to dark Asian skin, this is not the shade for you. This would look great on fair girls with pinkish lips though.
Is it odd that Juicy Papaya is my favorite out of the bunch? It's a sheer papaya shade that I feel suits my medium skin very well. I love loud lipsticks but on "off-duty" days I prefer colors and formulas that I can just slather on and look natural with. Y'know?
Sorbet is a bright, warm glossy pink. It's young and punchy, just the thing for a day at the mall or perhaps, a special date. ;)
Wild Watermelon is a sheer red. Very pretty and non-intimidating. It's a shade that ought to suit most skin tones.
And that's about it really. Which one is your favorite shade? Have you gotten one already? ^_^
